About Me

I obtained my Ph.D. degree (2016-2020) in Computer Science and Engineering at HKUST, advised by Prof. Long Quan. Prior to HKUST, I studied Automation as an undergraduate at Tsinghua University, where I received my B.Eng. in 2016. Besides, I spent time at UPenn with Dr. Hyun Soo Park (now Prof.) and Prof. Jianbo Shi in 2015, also in SenseTime Group with Mr. Xudong Cao during 2015-2016.
My research interests lie on Computer Vision, and in particular on visual matching problems in 3D vision, aiming to bridge 2D and 3D with geometry and learning, meanwhile keeping methods practical. I was a core developer of Altizure on a 3D reconstruction platform.
